We thought when the election was over, we would move past uncertainty. But it’s clearly here to stay. In fact, the existence of uncertainty is the one thing we can be certain about. Many of us, myself included, are experiencing a lot of anxiety. The world feels particularly unsafe and scary right now. If you’re feeling this way too, I want to offer you a space of calm among the chaos. A place for stillness and connection – with yourself and others

Some of you may know me as an Artist, while others know me as a Creative/Life/Leadership Coach. This is where the two meet. My art practice gives me an outlet for grounding myself and regulating my nervous system. When I’m using my hands in creation and finding flow, my mind feels free, still, centered. This bleeds into other areas of my life and allows me to move forward with a bit more ease. I want you to have this too.

Meditation is one tool people use to create this in their life. But many find this to be a difficult, unaccessible process. This is why I have created a very simple and accessible tool for anyone to find a moment of calm, grounded flow in their day. A simple art practice for EVERYONE

This workshop, busy hands | quiet mind, will take place on Saturday, November 16 at 10AM, in person, in my studio. In it we will share a bit about ourselves and practice a very simple art technique (no prior skills required and all materials will be provided) to busy our hands while allowing our minds to settle into a quiet flow. You will leave feeling renewed, refreshed, invigorated - ready to take on the rest of your day with optimism and a greater sense of self and connection with others.
